Ward 4 - Styles Q Weinberg

Styles Q. Weinberg

 Listening. Caring. Reacting.

I am your candidate for Ward 4 Councillor in the City of Vaughan.

For the past 20 years, Vaughan has been home for me, my family, my friends and my business.

Born June 28th, 1953 in Toronto, I attended Sir Sanford Fleming Secondary School, Seneca College and the University of Toronto where I studied politics and history.

My wife, Niki Giannantonio Weinberg and I will celebrate our twentieth wedding anniversary this year. We each have one son – Michael Weinberg and James Carnevale.

I am the proud owner/operator of a successful Vaughan-based company called Styles Q. Corporate Imaging. My business involves facilitating the marketing and promotional needs for small to mid-size companies.

My working career began at Air Canada as a Coordinator for Food and Beverage Service for all flights leaving Pearson International Airport where I worked for fourteen years giving me the opportunity to travel and experience the world.

I was in the entertainment industry for twenty years where I owned and operated major nightclubs as; The Spotlight Nightclub Newmarket, Rockers Nightclub, Toronto, The Pink Cadillac, Rexdale, and The Mix Nightclub in Mississauga.

I later had a unique opportunity to open In Style Jeanswear located in York University.

My interests include sports, travel and of course politics. I have, like many of my fellow Vaughan neighbours, a passion for motorcycles. For over seven years I have organized several motorcycle events to raise money for many different causes. The first event was the Ride to End Diabetes (RED) for the Canadian Diabetes Association, which raised over $50,000 in just one year.

Subsequent rides focused on raising funds for the new Mackenzie Vaughan Hospital. We have already raised $50,000 towards the Mackenzie Vaughan Hospital slated to open in 2020.

I am currently knocking on doors finding out what key issues are affecting you, your family in Ward 4, Vaughan as well as how I can gain your support. Feel free to take the Ward 4 Survey to let me know what’s important to you. ( It’s anonymous)

Some of the key issues with I share and have been expressed to me so far are:

On October Oct 22nd I will be seeking your support in representing Ward 4. A Ward that, I LIVE in, walk the streets and where my neighbours have direct access to me on a day to day basis.
